Sounds like an ear infection - perhaps blockage of Eustacian tube, you may also have inflammation behind / in the ear, perhaps experiencing itching feeling at the back of your throat too? You will probably need a course of anti biotics - penicillan if its a bacteria infection. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done for viral infection. Try steaming with menthol to unblock sinsus' and perhaps relieve some pressure.
Def go see the doc tho to get some medication!

No, you didn't ask if you were too young. Still though, you stated your age so people are going to comment on it. In all but 3 states I believe it is now, you have to be 18 to get a tattoo. In those 3 states without that law, I'm not sure which ones, you have to be 16 with parental consent. (and some places require a photo ID) Neck hurts more than the shoulder, btw.

sounds like you may have an ear infection. The soreness down into your neck is because you have a tube leading from the ear, down the neck - the Eustachian Tube, and its possibly blocked.
Go to your doctor, a course of antibiotics should clear it up.

Get to your g.p.' IMMEDIATELY' for examination, your ears are delicate. Sounds like you have caught an ear infection that has started to travel. You need to get it sorted out as soon as possible. When was the last time you saw a dentist? might as well book an appointment there too. Merrry christmas, to all christians. Happy chunukah to all the jewish people, and a healthy and peaceful new year to one and all!
