When a guy says he would love you if he was single what does it mean?
i was dating a guy for a while we both were very physically attracted to one another and things broke up as i was upset about my job etc a little needy at the time...he always stares at me when we are out and the other day i apoligised to him and he said i was one of the most lovely people he had met and that initially he was intimidated by my job ( i have quite a high powered job and earn good money) he also said he thought i was gorgeous back then and still does, i said i was leaving and he kept on grabbing me and said he would love me...if he was single..When i chatted about one of my ex boyfriends he got jealous and said 'what about us?'. He has only just started to date someone else..i have always been infatuated with him and vice versa..what should i do should i ask him for a drink as friends, i think he could of beena potential one

it means you're a couple days late. he doesn't want to blow the relationship he is already in... but in six months......

Get real Girlfriend! He said it loud and clear, "he would love you if he were single". Obviously this guy is "married". Take a wide swing of him, and showing "jealousy", and your not involved, definitely shows "immaturity" on his part. Are you desperate, or what? You have a high powered job and make good money, keep Looking, remember this " if the man can't do for you, what you can do for yourself, the Door that gets him in, gets him Out quicker!. Watch out for men looking at you as the "meal ticket". Merry Christmas.

he's just regretting that he broke up with you over something so stupid...now that he realizes what he did wrong, now that you aren't together...
he sees you in a different light then he didn't before...so now he wants you back...but he knows he's in a jam cause, he's seeing someone else now...he might be even hinting to you to maybe break up the relationship he is in now...so the two of you can get back together.
i don't know if you want to start being friends with him or not...i mean he'll probably try to make moves on you and its not really fair to the other girl he's seeing....i think if you want to be with him...more then just friends...he has to break it off with the other girl first.
i don't see how you can be friends, when he's still into you more then that...you don't want to look bad in front of others and this girl..you know?

Didn't you ask this before? He means he would date you if he wasn't already with his other girl. Which means you're 2nd in his book. Find a guy that thinks of you as number one you don't want to be a runner up for anybody. He just wants something physical out of you.

Wake up and smell the coffee. He has a girl friend and he is looking at you, he will dump her for you then he will dump you for some other girl.Hes a user is that what you want then go for it. You will be a fool if you do!

It means he's not happy in his current relationship. But beware! If you contribute to him cheating on his girlfriend/significant other, he may turn around and do the same to you once he is bored with you!

This guy may be married or tied up with someone else reason being what you exposed about him. Think about it before getting deeply involved.

Sorry, but that's lust, not love. I'm a married guy too. He sounds bored with what he has at home, and rather than spice it up with her, he's looking for something new.

I wanna be with you but not ready to break up just yet with his current girl for whatever reason But he has hope that you will get to be with him
