this guy said he'd go to a dance with me if he can, but is not sure, and he said he needed to find out...i don't have his number and he's not on IM...he has my # AND its in my away mssg, so he could get it if he lost it...but he was supposed to call or text today and he hasn't. he has an injury so he couldn't go to school for a while, but i need to turn in our ticket orders tomorrow! non-refundable, and you must go with the person that you wrote on the envelope. it's stilly fairly early, but im afraid he'll forget to call or something will happen.....what should i do if he doesn't call? just not go?

First of all. don't panic. Wait until a certain time before the deadline and if he hasn't confirmed it then go by yourself, afterall, tickets are non-refundable No since in wasting money. This happened to me once and I went alone and had the best time! You'd be surprised how many others go stag to dances. Hope everything works out for you.

If he wanted to go to begin with he wouldn't have said I'm not sure or I have to find out and for sure wouldn't have waited until the last day to call you. I say go and take someone else.

Sweet Baby, This whole, 'he'd go to the dance with me if he can...' thing makes me think he doesn't really want to go but is not man enough to say so. If a boy wants to go to a dance with a girl and SHE asks HIM he would say yes no matter what and then Find a way to go! Go with someone who is worthy of you, this guy is chickensh*t!:)
