I'd unplug it from the mains for 30 seconds, that's bound to cause it to need to reboot.

Sounds like corrupt settings inside the box which won't go away with a simple reset. Either way it's not straightforward to internally reset even if one does know what one is doing. I'd recommend going on the Satcure forum and getting some expert advice: http://www.satcure.co.uk/forum.html
