Buy Midol (or Advil works well too), and get those heat wraps. these wil reduce her cramps to zero.

Show up at her house with a couple of rented movies and some junk food snacks (chocolate can work wondrs if she likes it) Also bring her a CLEAN pair of your pj bottoms (drawstring)

This way she can relax in your clothes (nothing that's tight, excellent for bloating) she doesn't have to worry aobut going out, she can relax and watch a movie with you and just enjoy your company. Also very important, make no advances on her whatso ever, tell her she's beautiful, hold her hand, kiss her cheek, make her think that right now you are a unic and have no need or want for sex. You are there to comfort her, nad make her day brighter.

Do that and you have just won her heart

Ouch... Sounds like me and her have alot in common. Periods can be painful... TRUST ME! She should see her gyno, there are many diff kinds of meds to try to ease the pains... its 100% safe to take up to 800 mg of Ibuprofin which would drastically reduce or eliminate the pain. I suggest trying that first. I'll bet she feels better. Good luck

Well, sweets and salty foods are basically what women crave when they have their periods. Think of some of her favorite foods and see if you can get them. My husband buys me twix and Dr. Pepper. If you want to stop the pain, offer her some Midol (that has caffine) and Pamprin (has no caffine). Also, doing a pad or a tampon run when she is running low on those things are very cool.

Buy her some Mydol. Other than that there is nothing you can do. Some girls have it worse than others. If she gets a shot (birth control) I think she should only have her period once every 3 months. I'm not 100% sure about that...but that's what I remember from sex ed 8 years ago.

Don't try to force anything on her - she may just want you go away and leave her alone.

Buy her some nice-smelling body lotion (preferably something with lavender in it) and ask her if she'd like a good, relaxing massage with it. Offer her lots of cuddles but keep it non-sexual (unless she initiates - some girls are quite horny at that time, and it's a nice distraction!)

No no no no no. Do not try to make a pained, grouchy woman better cause it will always get worse. Just give her space and be there for her when she really wants you to be. And also, discussing her feminine stuff on an answer site probably wouldn't sit too well with her either. Just to let you know.

That bag, earrings or sweater you have that she just adores — bye it for her.Take her out to dinner. Let her choose one of her favorite restaurants and have great time.Rent a movie of her choice. Maybe you prefer comedies, but it’s her turn to pick. Remember: Bonding is important.
Give her a facial. Just about every grocery or drug store sells at-home facial kits.
