He is 19 years older than me, I am 22. I am scared because he is the only man I dated in my state. I just don't want to let down my guade yet until I know he is the one. I don't have any kids, never been marry. I just want to be with someone who really care about me.

Don't listen to the others...age aint nothing but a number. Unless of course one of the ages is under 18 lol Me and my man have a 13.5 year age difference and theres no issue with that AT ALL.
But back to the question at hand...you are the only one who can really answer that. If you feel that it is right, and you just know that he is the one...well then thats how you know. You just do.

There is no way anyone here can tell you how you'll know he's the one. It's a feeling you will get in your heart and in your gut. You're the only person who will know for sure if he's the one.
