If everyone can live on a balanced vegetarian diet, yes. The vegan diet is the healthiest on the planet. This eliminates all animal products, and all but eliminates any chance of high cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes, or heart attack-- some of the worst killers of Americans. The world would be much better off, as factory farming of animals leads to a terrible ammount of waste and methane released into the environment, furthering the extent of global warming.

no, a vegetarian lifestyle isn't for everyone. besides, being a vegetarian requires a bit of research to provide your body with other methods of getting those complete proteins. that's too much trouble for me...I'll just eat meat.

No. I think balance in food is good. Plus the protein in Meat, Milk, cheese and eggs is very important to muscle growth.
