Yes.
God created the complex universe greater than our minds can comprehend. He lives in the spiritual relm in heaven. He first created angels, then man. The angels do Gods work. Satan was an angel and he detested the humans because God showed favor over them, he started a war in heaven. God cast him and his followers out and they are trying to lure humans away from God. God sent Jesus to the earth to be a human sacrifice for our sins in place of the burnt offerings needed to pay for each sin.
(wow when you write it all down like that, it kinda does make one sound crazy)(well, call me crazy).

Yes God is real how do you think that you became to be here if he had not created you. You are a living sign that he is real
Yes your parents had a big part in you but he gave them the plumbing and knowledge to make it happen
