How about Christians stop fighting a "holy war" against Islam?
If that is what Bush thinks he's doing in the mideast, he's the biggest traitor in U.S. history, and should be hung until dead. The U.S. military does not belong to Christianity, and cannot be used to fight Christians' wars.
Understand this well. If you are a U.S. citizen who believes that the U.S. is at war with Islam, you're a traitor.

No, the problem is the other side is foolish enough to take our compassion and see it as a weakness. That has lead to them getting stronger and braver. If we ever unleashed the full power of the military, complete with bombing campaigns like WWII it was all go away in a few months.
The problem with what we are doing now is that it doesn't really make an example of what we are able to do. The other side will try something very stupid and soon because of it. They really think they are winning because the press makes such a fuss about little battles and doesn't look at the big war. Compounding this are criticisms every time the troops get a little tough and then they wonder why things aren't going better.
Eventually we will have to hit as hard as we can and it will be ugly. I personally think that the longer we put it off, the worse the end result will be.

Its not about Islam per say. Its about taking control of the middles east and not letting terrorism grow there. After the oil runs out we wont need to be there since the middle east will collapse without petro dollars to support bad government.
