Ok so this guy who I really like at work, seems all interested when we talk and when we see each other at work...the only problem is that I am the only who seems to call him he doesn't call unless I call him and he misses the call, or he calls rarely like once a week or something, at work he is very attentive with me and flirts alot, he has even given me a ride home, I just don't get why he doesn't call or he's always busy as he says, but when I call he'll talk to me for a long time, I am majorly confused because if he was interested wouldnt he call more??

He has asked me out twice...but I was busy the first time, then the second time he couldn't because he was helping out with his family, I am scared to make the first move because I never had things go this slow and don't know if he wants a relationship or friend, but he made it clear he has no girlfriend or kids at all

A guy I talk to is the same way. I believe it could be one of two things, either they don't want you to think that they like you to much or they are not sure what to say when they call you, because it is always easier for a women to come up with things to talk about than it is for a guy. But I think he has to have some interest in you because he wouldn't just set on the phone with you.

It sounds like your possibly not the only one on his flirtation list. He probably has a girlfriend or other girls on the side that he is with.....and he has spotted you as another one to add to his list. If you think something is weird, believe it. You don't just feel that way for nothing. Move on to someone who will call you and answer your calls on the first ring.

Guys like it when ladies make the first move because a lot of guys can't read ladies will enough to know what they are thinking or what they want. If you really like this guy then just ask him if he wants to go and do something with you.

Sounds like hes just keeping u on the side and if says hes busy a lot id say hes seeing someone else or just into his self more then notice that hes flirting

maybe he has a gf but he likes you.I really think he doesn't want to be the caller he is use to you calling so why change a good thing. I say you don't call at all anymore and see how long it takes him to call or ask why you haven't don't make yourself available guys will sweat you more when you don't call so much. good luck!!!

Some men dont like talking on the phone, and maybe cause he sees you so much at work, he doesnt want to kill the mood cause it's new, and he wants to keep it exciting.

not neccesarly some guys just dont like to talke the approch of calling even if u call them i think you should tell him how you feel of if your too shy make it real obvious cause is sounds like to me hes interested

just ask him to go out and stuff just because people do nice things dosnt mean you have a relationship go out with him and maybe he will call
But actually ask him if hes single or invite him to dinner so you dont look stupid if hes with someone

Maybe he rathers to be with you and talk to you in person than the phone don´t get anxious let things get it´s course
