if you have title in hand and signed appropriately, go get insurance on vehicle, even if it is just liability, (if it is not road ready this could save you money til you put full coverage on it), then go to secretary of state and transfer title and get registration plates at same time. some states require proof of insurance at time of transfer and registration. may save you gas money, instead of driving to sec of state twice.

What country are you in? Do you have a Department of Motor vehicles there? You must own a car and along with that comes title and registration through the DMV. You must call any insurance company to buy the coverage recommended to you by an agent. Hope this helps.

you go to the drivers license bureau and transfer the title in your name. and then you ask for a new license plate. also call an insurance place of your choice and get insurance. you should call the insurance place first and then do the other things next there is an insurance called safe auto that is good, 1-800-safe auto.
