I've heard it is. but just think about it.
Some other countries think it is fine, some think not. No doctor can answer this, sooner or later someone will come up with a reason to NOT take it. like cause to be fat, cancer, who knows.....Well, I am not a "regular" coffee drinker until I am out with a friend who does and need company. She seems normal, hyper .lol

not really, unless you are downing tons of it per day.
It is better to go without, since coffee dries you out, stains your teeth, and makes your body craving caffeine.
I would save it for special occasions like before a workout, to get an extra kick.

Only if it's that catpiss from Starbucks. Worse than drinking Drano. Real (read: fresh, home-roasted coffee) is fine.

limit it to 2 or 3 cups over the day & that should be fine, but drink plenty of water too

No, in moderation. 1-3 cups a day is considerred moderation. There is an exception which is a person's sensitivity to caffeine.
