The most damaging cigarettes you can smoke are ones with menthol. Your lungs cannot remove the menthol and it stays there and accumulates, destroying your lungs.
If you must smoke, smoke anything but menthol cigarettes.

No, unfiltered cigs are, such as Lucky strike Camel no filters and Paul mall no filters. For the filtered ones Marlboro reds by far they contain a chemical that will give you a buzz no matter how much of a different brad you smoke. That's why they are called cowboy killers.

i think so. i have been smoking for longer than i would like to admit and am not proud to be a smoker, but i smoke newport 100's and if i am out nothing else will do. it must be a newport or else i feel like i am not smoking at all

No, the niccotine content is on every pack of cigaret. Tabacco is stronger if you buy it iby itself and roll your own cigs.

I have heard that "More" cigarettes are. They are the old school long brown cigarettes. I don't even know if their still around or anyone still smokes them.
