I met this guy over a year ago at a nightclub and we kept in touch for a couple months. He would call me almost everyday, but because he had a girlfriend and i was involved with someone we did not pursue anything.I ended up moving and we lost contact for about 2 months and i ran into him again at a different nightclub and we exchanged numbers again. He tells me he likes me and he still calls me almost everyday, but i'm confused as to what he wants from me. He'll tell me he wants a relationship, but when i invite him over to my place or try to make plans for a date he always has an excuse and will not come over. I like him,but refuse to chase him. What should i do?

Go your own way and if he is really interested he will try and make plans with you.

I had a similar experience. I met a guy, and heard from him again about a year later. He called. Wanting to see me. I was with someone else, but he didn't care. He kept dropping me lines, but I eventually just ignored it. Could be he's just attracted to you, physically? How can he be serious about it, if he keeps making excuses? I think I would let if go. Doesn't sound like a reliable guy, or he has someone else on the side that has more control of him. I really, would not chase him. Sorry, I have a hard time trusting men.

I hate to break the news to you, but it sounds like you are simply his safety net in case his current relationship doesn't work out. I wonder what you conversations are about when he calls you everyday. Remember, you are not obilgated to answer every time he calls. Sounds like it would be best for you to move on or simply be friends.
