I suppose. But it seems to me, you wont remove all the makeup, dirt and oil on your face without some kind of cleanser. Have you tried a mild cleanser? Philosophy makes a great one called "Purity".

Yes you can but using just water also can cause problems in some people. Those with sensitive skin often cant tollerate the hardness in the water aswel. I have sensitive skin and if i bath in JUST water i itch like crazy afterwards (same if i have a shower). Just add either
E45 Bath Milk to your water or normal full fat or semi skimmed milk. These both remove the hardness out of the water and its kinder on your skin than plain water

its not realy washing, more just rinsing and showering then in water. The trouble with soap is that it can dry out your skin and remove essential oils. Try a sensitive liquid soap product like Dove if you have sensitive skin and plenty of E45 on your skin during the day

Cetaphil is an over the counter skin cleanser that's great for sensitive skin, recommended by dermatologists. I would suggest using some sort of face cleanser, especially if you wear any make-up at all. Remember to moisturize afterwards with a lotion that's non-comedogenic (doesn't cause acne). Amazingly enough, a little tiny bit of white petroleum jelly (white vaseline) really makes my skin glow. According to my dermatologist, it's not pore-clogging.

If you still experience problems, I'd suggest going to a dermatologist for a personal consultation.

Plain water helps, but it really won't do anything to remove oily build up. There are plenty of washes for sensitive skin.

Yes. Just wash in luke warm water, and take slightly longer than usual, but do not rub your skin too hard.
Always use a clean towel to dry, and dab yourself dry rather than rubbing.

Hope this is of help.
