No, you can't ever really be too active, as long as you are eating foods that supplement your activity level, foods high in calcium, fiber and protein, you'll be fine. It's when people don't eat anything and work out compulsevely that it becomes unhealthy.

Sports are all mostly considered Cardiovascular (Cardio) activiies and are reccomended for at the minimum 3-4 times a week by health advisors although they also say that Cardio every day is even better and build a nice strong heart either way. Although thats alot of Cardio through all your sports and activities its all ok. If theres some ache and pain the first few weeks try to keep going and if the pain continues in similar places to the point where it affects your daily life, step it down a notch or two. Also if possible try to give you body at least one day a week or every other week rest to kinda catch up but this is mostly optional if you feel ok. For weights however workin them too hard is actually bad, so if your gonna work on one set of muscles give them at minimum 1-2 days to rest and rebuild for best results. So for weights if your really into it make sure you cycling between different muslces and giving your body rests although Cardio is still ok as long as your not pushing your previously worked on muscles too hard.
Good Luck and I hope this helps.

When I was 20, I was about as active as you are now and I also rowed in college, which was multiple times a day. This level of activity is hard to maintain for long periods of time, especially if classes get to heavy or you want to have a social life outside of sports. If you want to be as physically active as you've stated, I would make sure that you get enough sleep (at least 8 hours), and up your caloric intake (leave out the refined sugars, coffee, beer, and eat a lot of protein!!) No sources that I can reccommend, but I found that I couldn't sustain it and still get good grades.

Just make sure you eat healthy. If you are burning a lot of calories, make sure you are getting the sufficient nutrients your body needs. If you are getting extremely skinny, or beginning to feel weak or sick, then you probably need to eat a little more. If you feel good, then you should have nothing to worry about. The best thing to do is talk to your doctor about any concerns you might have. The website I provided might be useful. It has several resources for how to live a healthy lifestyle through a balanced diet and sufficient exercise.

Listen to your body. If you are tired, don't want to workout, and/or having problems sleeping, you may want to back off a little. Overtraining is rare for most, so I would say if you want to work out, do do it. I work out hard 5 days a week. If I go the 6th, I will overtrain and get sick. I know that about myself. Thus, you want to figure out what works for you.
Good luck with your diet and fitness goals!

as long as you eat healthy, you should be fine. it's when you're doing all of that activity and you're consuming 300 calories a day that you should be worried. your body needs the food as fuel to help you get through all that exercise!

If you can take it then why not, as long as you don't find yourself exhausted then I don't see there's a problem?
