She's not a real friend. If you say yes you will dread the times when you see them holding hands and kissing. It depends if you can handle that type of situation.

you didn't take your chance while you had it so she is not going ot let her chance go to waste. If you want something in life you go after it you don't do nothing about it and hope that no one else gets it. He has an interest in her, maybe because she is more outgoing and showed him that she is interested or maybe he just prefers her over you and other girls. The bottom line is that he asked her out for whatever reason and basically it is too late to do anything about it now.

I guess it depends on how close you are to this "friend."
If you feel close enough to her to admit that you have a crush on the guy, then I think you should let her know.
And I guess it really bothers you that he asked her out, so I think you should be honest about it and tell her that you would rather that she didn't go out with him.
If, after a heart to heart with your friend, she still decides to go out with the guy, then maybe she isn't such a good friend after all. Unfortunately, at this point, you would have done all you possibly could have done to prevent her from going out with him. At least you were honest about your feelings, and you can't sulk about sitting there and pretending that everything was OK.
Such is life - you just can't control who likes whom... :(
Good luck!

hers the deal... hes your CRUSH.... why you think they call them a CRUSH... and why you think its called FALLING in love....
he likes her, you like him, shes your best friend... tell her, you dont want her too, you really like him... BUT... that dosent mean hes going to like you, and ask you out, just means he didnt get his crush... its complicated... but encourge your friend to date him, you'll find somebody, by wanting her to not go out with him, just because you like him, its kinda selfish, maybe she likes him too
just dont be selfish
dont be upset
be happy, your friend will be happy, so be happy for her
dont be jealous, be a good friend
thats all i can say, but dont lose the friend, because its not worth losing a friend over a guy
so think about it, and talk to her
hes not worth crying over, i understand, trust me.... we all do, but he isnt, he would be maybe if you were dating and you just broke up, but you havent dated him, sure you want to, but whos to say its going to happen?
good luck
