He says shes just a friend!Yet she calls all day and even at night,and send text messages to him too constantly,i know he does likewise.Is this true like he says,that they are friends?

It could be they are just friends! But if he is your partner, how about reading the messages when he is asleep? I know it is not nice, but you need to know if he is cheating on you, right? I mean especially in this day of AIDS!!!!
Or set some rules - no messages after 8pm!

I was a the lady a few weeks ago and it was not innocent. He charged $2000 of stuff on my charge account. He called for phone sex almost every night at the same time. We had been in a relationship for yrs and I was finally ready to move forward. I kept making plans to see him and he had to work. He had invited me to spend his birthday with him but I couldn't meet him that day so he got mad. DO NOT TRUST HIM. He lied to me until the other woman called me after going through his phone records. He has clothes that I bought him and owes me money that he cant pay back. I used to think he was the most wonderful man in the world before she called the day before my birthday.

No, it is a very very strong possibility that they are seeing each other but he doesn't know how it will work out so he hasn't made the Move quite yet.... but if it bothers you and he doesn't stop then maybe you can consider getting you a "friend" as well.

He's lying. Men don't have female friends. We have women whom we are friendly with because we are hoping that eventually they will have sex with us. You should be concerned about any relationship he has with females who aren't in his immediate family.
