I have been low carb dieting and that sugar-free candy that I have become addicted to is KILLING my stomach! How can I relieve the bloating and gas naturally?

Try yoga or some simple stretches targeting your abdominal area. Hold the stretches for 45 seconds- it gently shifts the organs around and gives them space for necessary movements.

Make a tea for her using Anise. Anise is a seed (smells and tastes just like black licorice) that you can find in the local grocery store or Hispanic supermarkets. Take the Anise seed and boil it in a pot of water, once boiled strain/filter it so the seeds don't fall into the bottle. Since your baby is young only fill the bottle half way with the Anise tea and the other half with filtered or purified water and serve warm like you would with milk. The anise helps with gases. This is an especially great solution for older infants, but since yours is so young you should speak with your pediatrician first before trying any home remedy.

My guess is that you have been eating a lot of sugar-free stuff that contains sorbitol. It's a sweetner that's good in small amounts, but large amounts can cause gas and diarrhea. Avoid this particular sweetener, and you may find that you're not having such a problem.

I favor inserting a Foley catheter in my anus to around ten centimeters up the gut where the gases collect behind the anal sphincter. This allows the fart gases to stream from your **** continously, so that at very least no one hears you rip your fart, and also the stench is only gradually delivered to the nasal bulb of the person you are with.
