Welcome to cold & flu season! I wouldn't go to practice if I were you - you'll just run the risk of passing the bug to everyone on the team!

Stay warm and quiet, and drink plenty of fluids. Remember - it won't last long if you take care of yourself!

Merry Christmas!

The practice would not hurt you, you need to keep strong
by exercising, but you could pass your flu to the wrong
person who does not have a good immune system, and
that person could be down for a long time.

You can practice again when your nose is not running anymore.

Wellness Formula tablets and take as the bottle directs. You can find them at GNC or other health food stores. If that is not possible get a bunch of Hall's Multi-Blend. You can find them at Walmart usually with the cough drops. This is not a cough drop but is usually found wherever they are.

A fever in any age but especially that young should not last longer than 3 days. Also you need to continually give him the tylenol every 4 hrs to keep the fever away. He feels better because of the Tylenol than feels crummy again because there is no medicine on board and the fever creeps back. Take him to the Dr asap.
