My 5 year old siamese has occasionally peed in our bathroom sink, and sometimes will have even used the toilet... (no kidding)
The last few nights she has been peeing in weird places, first night she jumped up on the bed with me, and actually peed on me. I figured she was mad because I got home late and really hadn't paid much attention to her. Lastnight she peed on her cat bed, and later that same evening got in the bathroom sink pee. This is really random, both cat boxes are clean, she doen't seem to be ill... My other 1 year old cat is starting weird peeing behavior too, caught her in my laundry basket. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks-

Your 5 year old might have a UTI or might be peeing to mark areas since you have a younger cat in the house (althoughif the two have been together for a while, this probably isn't the case). If a cat has a UTI, they don't usually act sick. My cat had one and acted completely normal aside from the fact that he was peeing all over. We treated him with antibiotics and he hasn't peed out of his box since.
The 1 year old may be peeing in the places that your other cat peed, simply since it smells like pee. Smelling pee or feces gives cats a kind of gratification that makes them want to relieve themselves in that spot. This is a reason why cats keep coming back to the litter box. This is a behavior problem and can probably be corrected in the case of your 1 year old.
Try putting a litter box in every major area of the home or placing food in places where the cats have peed. Cats will not pee where they eat food. I would also recommend taking the 5 year old to the vet for a urinalysis to determine if a UTI is present.

Last year my beautiful Manx cat Theodore went out for the evening and never came back. I love cats and the house didn't feel the same without one, so I picked up Lola from a rescue centre. She was very frightened and would pee all over the house. I found Cat Spraying No More on the internet and the techniques worked almost immediately. I haven't had a problem with Lola since. Amazing!
Can't stop your cat peeing in the house? Then worry no more...

Have the 5-yo checked for a bladder infection. Sometimes that will make them pee in wierd places.
I think the 1-yo is peeing where the 5-yo did, she smells it. So get some cat urine cleaner from the pet store to get rid of the smell where she's been.

My two cents on this, cats I've had will do things like that as some sort of defiance. Like you said, it might be lack of attention. You start a new job? Anyone new living where you are, or someone leave that the cat was familiar with? Also, several cats I've had, once they were de-clawed, they never acted like they used to, almost as if they were depressed.
And as far as the younger cat goes, I would say he's following the older one's lead.

See, if that cat had peed on me, it would have been its last urine output!
She could have a urinary tract infection, which is very common in female cats, and she may be trying to tell you that she is in pain or is uncomfortable. Seriously take her to the vet, and dont let her pee on you any more. That is just nasty.

I to have a Siamese cat. It's actually a white siamese lynx point breed.
She pees everywhere.
But only on clothing. Like, a dirty shirt on my bedroom floor. Is your cat spayed? I hear this is the only solution! There are also pet sprays that discourage cats peeing in certain places, like it messes with their sense of smell and they wont go there anymore.
I think they have it at like petsmart or petco.
Check it out!

Every time my cat has peed in the sink or bathtub it is because it had a urinary tract infection.

The cat could be sick and some kind of infections. Since she can't talk that is how she is trying to show you. Take her to the vet!
