At these age children are mostly interested in movie?cartoon heroes like superman or spider-man or something like that. try to get something like this which will make your brother really happy.

In my day it was legos, k-nex or erector sets. now i think the ideal is a video game for his console. go to game crazy attached to hollywood videos and get a game for cheap.
