I've known this guy, and we bump into each other occasionally. We've always been really flirtatious, but he's really shy.
We kissed for the first time Monday and he said he was really busy with work all week, but he would call after that.
So... if he's interested at what point would he call? Monday or Tuesday? Or should I give it an entire 'nother week?

You say he's shy, but yet he's flirty. In my experience if a guy is really interested, work or no work he would make the effort to phone or text. After all a text don't take too long. If u really like him there's no harm in waiting for a phone call, but do your own thing whilst waiting. Ask yourself this question, if you really liked a guy would being busy at work stop you making contact ? Best of luck I hope things work out for you.

If he is shy it might even take longer. You should bump into him again and get his number and call him. Make the first move and don't wait. Some guys need that leadership from a girl.

It sounds like he's really shy and uses work as a cop-out. I'd say give him a call.

Don't put your life on hold waiting for this guy. Do what you have to do for you--if he's going to call--he will--in the meantime--live your life--when he calls--he'll wonder where you've been and you'll ask him why he didn't call when he said he would!

thats a good question, i would like to know the answer to that, if it was me and I said I was busy then I would call that weekend, probably sometime on friday.

idk, depends on how painfully shy he is, but you might have to take matters into your own hands and be freaky and a stalker... cause u obviously need some, loving and he is the choice... so basically you need to create an alone sernario in your place or his, and then take advantage... and you dont wait for calls, they just dont call, you need to run into him again somehow, make it happen

do you know if he is interested? if wouldve called by wednesday atleast, unless he forgets things fast. just forgot about him and if he calls, he calls dont make yourself too open for him yet
