My mom hit me yesterday afternoon. I got home from school and I was already grounded so I couldn't go outside, so anyway I get into a fight with my brother and my mom tells us each to go to timeout and I told her to make me. She's said to me that's it, your getting a spanking. She warned me about a week ago but i didn't think she was serious. My little brother was in the corner and my mom came over to me and told me to follow her up to my room. I told her no and she tried to pull me and i said i'm not going anywhere. She then grabbed me by the neck and by my ear and this hurt like hell and managed to drag me over to a chair in the room were in. She then started going for my pants and I'm like what the hell are you doing.

She complete ignored me so I tried to push her away. Everything happened so fast and she caught me off guard. She slapped me in the face and then got me down and somehow managed to pull my pants down. I tried to pull them back up, but then she grabbed my arms and put them behind my back then I couldn't beleive how strong she was. She spanked me two times and tried to get loose but instead she pulled my boxers down too. I yelled at her, and tried to kick free, but i couldn't get away. She hit me about 15 times and after 5 i couldn't help it but cry. The main reason i cried was because i wanted her to stop it hurt like hell and my dumb 10 year old brother was there. i think i am way too old for this kind of thing. I think i should call the police on her. how to i tell her i am too big for this?

First off, listen to your mother. If she tells you something, you need to do it. You deserved to get a smack. I do a agree, hitting you that many times was a little outrageous but if you claim your too old to be treated like this, then you old enough to know you should obey your mother. As for calling the police, is that really necessary? If your mother does this on an everyday basis, then yes you need to call. But if this is the first time, then you should learn your lesson. I don't know where you live but where I live, a mother is allowed to smack her child as long as it's on open hand! Sorry!

You deserved the spanking. You need to tell her so and apologize, and try to be a more obedient kid. I got spanked at your age and it was for my own good. You can e-mail me if you'd like any advice, but basically, you have no cause at all to call the police and, in fact, they would probably congratulate your mom if you did.

U kids just don t seem to get it you can only push your parents so far before they will snap. Dont under estimate your mother i think she done a good thing and embarrassed u at the same time wake up to yourself and do as your mother says

You owe your mother an apology. You knew she was at her limits yet you kept pushing her. One day you will look back at this and remember (perhaps when you yourself are a parent). Your brother will always be your brother and one day you might need him. Why fight with him? You are old enough to know better.

So, I thought you could "take on" your mom... Seems someone was wrong... Kid, you deserved this and that`s final!!! Don`t call the police, your mom didn`t abuse you, she did what was best for you!! I know you don`t think so right now, but in time you`ll see she was right...
Now, please behave!!!! Good luck
