ok,me and this ex were on again off again for a total of 6 years, but i would only say actual together time would be 4 out of the 6 . well we were trying to work on things again last march, but i met my current boyfriend . i cheated on my ex and then broke up with him to be with my current boyfriend . he found out i cheated and hated me. but then he started dating my current boyfriends cousin (which was weird), and told me to keep in touch cause we had too much history to be enemies . well we are phone freinds cause i told him i cant hang out with him cause it wouldnt be right to my bf, and he got all mad about that. then i was talking to him about stuff i bought my bf for xmas and i said i got him naughty stocking stuffers, and my ex got all weird and said i dont need to know that , we arent on that level yet and then hung up with me. my question is , why do you think he even wants to be my friend if it seems to me that he isnt quite ready to be friends yet. what do you think

God help you , it seems that you are living inside a twilight zone episode.
You must always get previous relationship in order before starting new ones. But if things just happen then concentrate on you CURRENT BOYFRIEND and forget the past. just move on.
I don't think you and your ex can be friends since it looks like there are a lot of issues. just be civil and stay out of each other business, OK?

Yea..He is only being your friend cause thats the only way he can still be in your life. Sounds like he still likes you ALOT and wants it to be more but it cant so thats why he is tryn to be your friend. Hope it al works out for you... : - /

he wants to be friends with you. he is acting that way cause he still loves you. my ex is doing the same to me. he keeps telling me about his slutty new gf. and i dont care. i get mad cause im jealous and cause i wish that it was me and not her. hes jealous that you are doing those things with your new bf. but he wants to be friends with you. cause he would rather have you in his life than for you guys to not talk and to hate eachother. thats how i am. i want my ex in my life. cause he is who made me who i am today. i would rather have him in my life than us hating eachother. cause i dont want us to hate eachother. that is just his way of dealing with his jealousy.
