Real bakeries are to find these days, and real Cream Puffs are impossible to find. I don't want the kind with that white filler inside.

At Sam's Club, they have frozen cream puffs that have real cream inside them! Lightly sweetened too, not overly sickly sweet. And you can just take out as many as you want from the container and leave the rest in the freezer.

Actually a "Real" cream puff has whipped cream inside not pudding. eclairs generally speaking have pudding or something creme anglaise. Good bakeries in cities or even mail order. google it

You mean like e'clairs. Oh I love those. My mom makes the best. You can try the deli at your grocery store. Also, Sarah Lee sells them frozen, so does Healthy Choice.
