You shouldn't need to pay for installation... it's easy enough to do youself. To measure the size, take the inside measurement of the window (usually a window will bump out a few inches, that area is the "inside portion") and give the store that measurement amount. They should automatically deduct approx 1/4 inch per side of the blind so it fits perfectly.
All you have to do is drill a hole, screw in the brakets and insert the blind. It's REALLY simple, and the cost is the blind and no installation.

Buying the blinds first was probably a bad plan. First measure, then buy and then install. Problem with buying first is "Will the Blinds Fit".

I would budget a hundred dollars a window if you want the blinds to be effective in temperature control.

I recommend you go to your local Home Depot or Lowes and speak with one of the people in the window area and discuss it with them. Sometimes they are willing to adjust things to your needs. Plus you can't buy windows on Yahoo! Answers, you are going to have to go to the store anyway.
