st john wart is nothing more than a gimmick,much like tonic or snake oil,for your sake see a professional and stick to modern medicine,effexor,lithium should do the trick depending on the severity of your depression.

Lots of times, the first day, but then it needs to be in your system for weeks to really work well.
U will be sensitive to the sunshine while taking this

ages ,or like for me it never did ,in the end i saw a doctor and i was prescribed medication,,,these things dont work for every one
