you will not get a reasonable answer, they will quote the Bible, tell you that "I have never killed", etc etc. They fail to realize that ORGANIZED religion, as opposed to a personal relationship with whatever deity they believe in, can be an extremely destructive and dividing force in our world. If you mention the crusades, they say "I wasn't there". They are happy to dispose of everything about their organized religion that they do not believe in, saying "That isn't really Christian", which is a bunch of crap. They either subscribe to all of what their religion teaches them, or they don't. But if they don't they still feel they have a right to claim membership to said religion, as well as the right to denounce whatever parts of it (including history), that they do not believe in.

I have never raised my hand against any one. To do so would be abhorant to me. I believe in God because not to makes so little sense to me. The idea that He is there is supported by both Biblical text and scientific evidence.. Strong evidence. True I have enemies. The are the people who attack me because of my faith in God. Like Jesus taught me I pray for them. I ask God to bless them. And I ask God to have mercy on them. Are you sure you don't see Christians as your enemy? You sound like you hate us.... Jim

I am a Christian but I can only speak for myself. I do not kill people, nor do wish to.As far as I know I do not have any enemies religious or otherwise. Please do not generalize in such a sweeping fashion. It is presumptive and ignorant.

They kill in there Gods name because their God loves to see people die. Just look at all the people the bible God killed before there was a law to establish who was good and evil.
What better way to say everyone is evil then to make the claim without any method by which for them to prove otherwise!
Besides the bible God loves to slaughter babies! Give him blood and torture and he's a happy guy!

Rolling eyes....Hitler claimed to be a Christian, the Crusaders claimed to be Christians.
I knew of a guy who claimed to be a cheeseburer...does that make him one?
In the Bible you know a Christian by looking at what they DO. "You will know them by their fruits (actions, what they do)".
I would say that people who murder in the name of Jesus are not Christians to begin with because their actions TOTALLY contradict their faith. If, per chance some of these people were genuinely "saved" they are very immature in their faith.

Excuse me your question is out of ignorance and out of your arrogance.
Tell me where in the Bible did Jesus Christ taught us to kill and destroy other people's lives?
Have some shame. Real shame. You do not know what you are talking about and what you are accusing us of.

I don't. And if people do, they aren't Christians. I have enemies, but not because of religion, and those, I pray for. People like you

I have never killed in the name of God, nor do I ever intend to.
I would, however, smack a few people upside the head if I were given a sign . . .
