why do dogs fart?
she keps farting, like, every minute or so. is there something wrong? she usually doesn't fart this much...

we dont giver her people food or anything
she just keeps constantly farting

Did you recently change her dog food? Either way the food she's eating (or maybe rawhides or treats) aren't agreeing with her system. I'd suggest buying better dog food...Iams is good, or a holistic brand (eagle, wellness, timberwolf, solid gold etc). Even foods like authority (petsmarts brand) is good, and not too expensive. Stay away from kibbles n bits, old roy, pedigree. Things like that. Those are like pure junk food for dogs and don't contain very many vital nutrients.

Dogs fart for the same reason people do, it's a natural thing that has to happen. Your body had a need to expel excess gas, and it works the same way for dogs. If your dog is doing this an excess amount, then i would check into why the dog might be producing extra gas, like if the dog's diet has changed or something.

Believe it or not, but some dogs are more inclined to fart than others - I'm being totally serious. Boxers are notorious for this! I know from experience; not a pleasant one, but tolerable, I suppose!

No it is usual , but ask your self have u changed her food lately that might be the cause of her farting more

It's a question of what she eats; if she's having a lot of gas, then you might consider changing her diet to something different. It might also be an indication that someone has been slipping her some treats that she shouldn't really have, particularly of the human variety.

She might have eaten something. Its like with humans some food give people gas. Well some foods give dogs gas.

Lamb and Rice dog foors are better for them than the normal corn based stuff. Problem is they don't like it as much. Spice it up with something they like

my dog ALWAys farts and then I move to the other couch. yeah he's a crazy dog that pees and poops everywhere and is so mean for that

If you have fed her human food or if she gets a poor quality dog food, both can contribute to gas.

My friends dog always farts after eating rawhide chews.
