Unity of all religions Muslim Christians all the same Lebanon we are proof that religion is not the problem. Just the governments control of the media that try to divide the people. Spirituality. God says He is spirit and that we are to baptized by fire and spirit. It is like without the belief in God I was spiritually bankrupt. I thought of love as a fuzzy warm feeling when in fact it is a spiritual gift from God that does allow me to love people I never would without His gift. Religion is about doing stuff by the book and spirituality is how God changes us from the inside.
But don't confuse spirituality with spiritualism which is a religion unto itself.
It is not the love of God that causes wars it is the people of organized religions lately anyway.

Spirituality, because to me the universal consciousness or God lies within all of us..He speaks to our hearts and minds in a strong but quiet voice.He inspires me to live a loving life .No out dated doctrine or religion needed

I am very religious AND spiritual. Religious simply means you espouse a denomination. Spirituality means you embrace God and his teachings, with or without religion. So yes, you can have both. American and proud to be.

Spirituality are for people who can not follow rules except what they feel at the moment. Anything is okay when they feel like it.
