Arrogance is a big turn off.
Turn ons are if a guy is sensitive, attentive, thoughtful, kind-hearted, respectful and has a great sense of humor.

The worst trait I could think of is not being trustworthy which is tied into another which is having no respect. I mean there are other things like bad hygiene , have no ambition, too serious, controlling, abusive, etc but I think that they all kind of circle around the first two.
And just keep in mind if there is no trust, then there is no relationship.

Guys that lie and cheat are a 100% turn off. A girl loves it when her guy can be honest without being brutal and have a great sense of humor. Depending on your age, if you are cheap, that's another definite turn off. As for me, a guy with a large sense of creativity is definitely a keeper.

Major turn-off: A guy who thinks that women were put on this Earth to serve men, therefore belonging in the kitchen, barefoot and pregnant. I'm working and staying childless whether you like it or not.
Major turn-on: A guy who treats women like equals, instead of slaves or even royalty. We don't like any behaviours that imply that we're lesser people or deserving of special treatment because we're women.
