Holy Shiit! I was just talking about this very same issue with my boyfriend. It's disturbing that there are some girls that show trouble when they are only in the 6th grade. I live in an affluent community (not that it really matters) and when I was in middle school, you really can ween out the "troubled girls." You know the ones that are just "bad seeds" and are always getting in trouble. I am in college now and it was weird b/c when I was in high school... these girls seemed to disappear off the earth. Then they came back into the school system for about a year or so... and then they disappeared again. They go to alternative schools (which are a waste of taxpayers $) or they are home schooled. I do not know why girls act this way. We all do some things we shouldn't, but these kinds of girls are just disturbed. Where are they now? Well we all hear rumors of pregnancy and prostitution. Well, where there is smoke there is fire. I see some of these girls now and they just look ruined. I believe everyone deserves a second chance.... but these girls are helpless. They are so messed up (b/c their dysfunctions started at such a young age) they really cannot function in society.

hey,
you must be in high school? a time when people experiment with sexuality. believe it or not it is just a stage. i didn't have sex until my senior year in high school and a year and a half later we are still together. i did however regret becoming sexually active in high school. live and learn.

i went to an all girls catholic high school. at least once a week someone thouht they were pregnant. twice a year i heard about peoples abortions. but i would say this was 40% of the girls there, even though it seemed like it was everyone it wasn't. some of my very close friends now have had sex with over 10 guys. they now have grown out of the multiple partner stage and have sex only for love and not lust.

Your answer
Yes most girls who get pregnant young struggle, look at the stats. but like the rest of high school trends this will pass some will leave with bumps and bruises and others will leave with scars. some wont leave this stage ever but that is because they are trying to fill a void and usally that void has to do with self confidence.just know what they decide to do is their choice and as a good person you must not judge just know you are doing the right thing and offer suppoet when they need help, b/c they will. best of luck
ps enjoy your time in high school looking back it was the biggest learning experience of my life.

I got pregnant at 17 had the baby when I was 18 during my senior year of high school. I may not have had teh best start but now Im very successful, financially stable, and very very happy! Honey: kissing doesnt lead to babies - and is quite different than having sex. I know girls who got pregnant in high school and couldnt get out of the rut but I know just as many who went on to be successful adults. Not all girls who get pregnant young are Filthy: how wrong of you to judge someone else like that. I wonder how the girls who think they better than everyone else turn out?

Actually my older sister (older than me by 16 months) was one of those girls. She slept with everyone she could and even did it to get things. Now she is a happily married mother of two. She lives in a nice house and drives a new car and her hubby drives a new truck. She also works full time. I was one of the opposites and I only slept with hubby. Well guess what??? I got pregnant in high school. I guess it doesn't seem fair but it is life. Try not to start judging others already. It is not in your best interest. Good luck

Well actually most of the time having a baby changes things. One of my friends was like that and having her son totally changed her life. I'm also 19 and have a 9 month old daughter. I'm still with the same guy I've been with for the last 2 and a half years.

Don't be so ******* judgmental. People make mistake that doesn't mean because you do drugs or have sex in high school the rest of your life isn't definitely going to be the same

You don't need to worry about those girls. What they do in life has no effect to you unless you let in. Many of those girls though will experience a sense of insecurity but I'm positive a handful will also succeed. To categorize or stereotype is not right. Just let them live their lives. Who cares where they'll be in five years?

morals are not just a female issue. as for pregnancy, it takes two. standards are as high as a person puts them. alas some are too high. moral choices are determined by the person doing not the person observing.
you're lumping things together that do not fit.
people do make choices both good and bad and i being "immoral" according to you have been able to maintain continued employement for 30 yrs. raise 3 kids(one in college) and even go to college myself. own my home also. didn't set my moral choices to high that i couldn't achieve them. i consider myself Christian and God fearing.
