it just depend what state you are from. you can google it unader court cases from where ever state. or if you are looking for supreme court cases the have a web site. I don't remember what it is off the top of my head.
I had to look up some cases for my Criminal justices class

it depends. if it was a big case, google it and you might find a transcript of it online.

you can look it up in a law book - go to a university library - or go to the courthouse where it was tried and see what they've got in their records.
