Banana it has potassium,fiber,and help to lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Also, it gives me enery and make my skin younger, I limit eating once a day -daily or every other day with oatmeal, almond butter with grain thin bread,plain yogurt,honey, and make it as fruit salad with apples, oranges.
Chicken- What and dark meat. Easy and quick cook. It has high protein. If I have cold and flu. I love eating homemade chicken noodle soup.
Eggs- Eating more whites than yellow yolks, I eat it as hard boiled egg with a pinch of salt. Scrambled with veggies such mushroom,onions, and tomatoes. Eggnog, (light or fatfree)for holiday use. It has lots of vitamins and it is the worlds' food.
