STOP! Brushing your tongue, scraping your tongue, drinking more water, it won't help you!!

Take 1/2 cup of water and put 10 drops of Oxygen Elements in the glass. Pour enough to gargle with in your mouth and swish it around all over in your mouth for about 15 seconds. Then tip your head back and gargle. Spit the mouthful of water out. Repeat until all of the water in the glass is gone. Repeat this process 2 or 3 times each day.

Garlic and onion inhibit the growth of fungi (thrush) and other microbes in the intestines and mouth. Garlic contains volatile sulfur compounds that are antimicrobial yet support beneficial bacterial strains. For oral candidiasis, suck on a crushed clove of garlic. Take garlic capsules for a yeast infection of the intestines and bowels. Their is a supplement called candex, you can buy it at a health food store, the properties kill candidia.
Tea Tree Oil is a strong antifungal agent that has both immune-stimulating and wound-healing effects. Add 3 drops of tea-tree oil to 1 cup of boiled water. Use the solution to dab the affected parts of your mouth several times each day. You may also rinse your mouth with this. Make sure you don't swallow any of it.
For a daily ritual once the candida is gone, and 4 preventative measures, add 4-5 drops of myrrh tincture (available at pharmacies)to 1cup of warm water. Using a cotton swab, dab some disinfectant solution on the affected path of your mouth several times daily.

Having a white or gray tongue can be signs that you need to drink more water.

There are several reasons you would get a whit tounge. The first seems to be from not brushing your tounge when you do your teeth every day. Try that daily. Also, if you are on a regular prescription drug, it may cause it to happen. Antibiotics have been known to cause White Tounge. Try brushing your tounge. I even think they have special brushes for that

Good Luck

a white tongue could also mean thrush which could hurt if left untreated. does it flake at all or maybe bleed a little. i hope not and i hope you just have to brush it.. also are you a smoker? because being a smoker leaves a film and needs to be brushed all the time. good luck and happy holidays=)

Check when it happens. I get it after drinking tea or coffee so i suspect it is caused by the milk. Make sure you brush your teeth well and gargle with an anti-septic mouthwash.

Not only brushing your tongue help, but scraping it with a spoon until there is no more goop on it will resolve the problem.
