Jesus said, if you had the faith in the amount of a mustard seed you can move moutains. Peter actually walked on water with the lord, until his faith faltered. That is the problem with man, our faith is not strong. Be base so much only on what we can see and feel.

Spiritually - yes, water being words, as i understand it from the scripture.
Jesus had enough faith to walk on any waters, meaning - handling any situation, and so can we , with faith , following in him, but if we take your eyes off him, we will sink.

Sorry, but faith is not a substance. You can't have a ton of it. Faith is just believing something because you want it to be true (or fear it to be true).

You can want to believe you can walk on water all you want. Unless the water is frozen, you can't.

Faith as a mustard seed has. which is a undoubting faith.a total faith. many miracles will happen thru this type of faith, but the Spirit must help you. and I doubt if this is something it would help you with .whats the purpose of walking on water? But the Spirit will help you to do some mighty things. supernatural things. I have seen it and it has worked thru me and others.I wish you the best.on your spiritual journey.

Faith is not a type of personal power - the more you have the more power you have to do what you want.

Faith is a trusting in God and a confidence in Him.

What strong faith does is remove the obstacles to God working in your life if that is His will.

Miracles are done with strong faith, yes, but it is not an automatic power given to one, but the strong faith simply clears the block that would otherwise prevent God from doing the miracle that He would want to do.

One with faith knows that we are here to do *His* will, not our own.

If God wanted you to. Apart from that you would sink like a brick...unless you could swim.

ex: Jesus told Peter to walk on the water. Peter than had the option to trust that he would be able to....and he did for a while but lost that trust and bluuup! Down goes Peter.

So, the issue is, do you trust God enough to do what he wants you to do?

If you had enough faith, and trust in God. If you're not aware of your vunerability then maybe you can.

But do not test the power of God. just because he walked on water dosen't mean you can too. He is perfect and can do things beyond the power of man.

If you can ask a mountain to throw itself into the sea with a grain sized amount then I'm sure with a ton you could walk to the moon if you wanted to.
