To me if my legs dont shake after doign squats I am not lifting enough. Your muscles are just fatigued after a hard lift, it is definately normal if you push yourself and lift heavy weights.

It is probably fatigue....are you mastering an amount of weight before you move on to the next level. One other thing is maybe you are not fueling your body well enough before working out. Try to eat a well balanced meal at least 2 hours before you go in...also be sure to keep your fluids up.
Maybe you can do less repetitions and more sets instead of say 25 curls 5 times....just an idea..that way your "region" can chill before the next set.
Good Luck and Happy Lifting!

Muscle fatigue. The same thing happens if you climb flights and flights of stairs (to the top of a lighthouse, for example). This is normal, but it may mean you need to reduce weight and/or repetitions.
