I keep hearing people make the argument that illegal immigrants have more rights than legal resident aliens or citizens. I'm curious exactly what rights people think they have that others don't.
Clearly not any of the rights reserved in Article IV or the 14th Amendment for citizens. Clearly not any of the protections from the 1st, 4th, 5th or 6th Amendment, which apply to everyone.
So, exactly what rights do Illegal Immigrants have that legal residents do not?
Oh, and please cite your sources. Saying "they can do X and legal residents cannot" is meaningless unless you provide some source other than rumor.

OK they are here illegally right?
So they have the right to defraud the government which a citizen or legal immigrant would be punished for.
Now if you look at their demonstration way back when 11 million gathered they had flags...they had tied the American flag into knots and put it underneath Mexican and other flags.
SO they obviously are immune to the laws stating the US flag shall at no time ever be hung underneath another flag while on American soil (yes it is a law check it out..I am not your secretary).
Why is this a big deal?...because I have seen at least 2 dozen people get tickets from the police for flag violations.

Basically, they are criminals illegally residing in our nation and they have no rights.
God Bless the Federal Agents who loaded 'em up and shipped 'em out. Apparently the conservative, tax paying, legal American has finally gotten the Fed's attention. Worth every penny we've spent donating to the Minutemen, numbers USA, Firecoalition, wehirealiens, and FAIR.....
What we see is they are receiving services they have no lawful right to. So now, clean out the corruption in social services which has been skimming American money for illegals.

knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Medical coverage at ER's no one can be turned away also they are apparently do ID' fraud ruining peoples lives. They are here illiegally as I recall a felony. And so much more but you really don't want answers you want to insult people because the way your question is premised you are looking to promote a intellectaul fist fight as it were.

Well they have no freedom of speech because Mexican-Spanish seems to be an uproar in America. They have to steal identities or get hired illegally to work in the US. They get deported if they are caught. So on and so on. I don't see any rights there though.
