its a chemical in the brain ,and its a pain ,as i dont have very much of it which prevents me from having a drink as i get drunk too fast ,it also causes me to have panic attachs which are horrible ,but it can also when at the correct level hepl keep you calm ,ive been told to help keep calm eat honey as it builds the serotonin,helping you feel more relaxed
