this guy in my school, always telling me i smell good or somtime he will say i love your outfit and i dont really like him

WEll, if you dont like him, why are you worried then??
It really depends on the guy. I have a friend who is always telling me the same things, flirting, and the truth is that the guy should be named Mr. promiscuos, he says the same to almost every girl, he is charming, but at the same time a real bonehead whose biggest dream is probably having more than one girlfriend at the time.
MAybe the guy you're talking about is not like that, maybe he really likes you, so If you feel something for him, make him know.

Well in most cases yes he does b/c some guys will do that when they like a girl they say stuff to make you feel good b/c they want you to notice them just to get your attention. And also pay attention to the way he acts around like if he's nervous or shy or even looks at you alot then he likes for sure. But if you don't like him then give him a soft rejection that's all.

Nice compliments even if he does have ulterior motives. Accept them with a polite smile and a thank you because a man who acknowledges such things should be rewarded. Simply being polite in return is just good manners.

Not necessarily. It does mean for sure that he likes your style, and that you smell good to him. But its possible that he's hinting to you. I would wait for more concrete evidence before jumping to conclusions.

well you might just wanna say thanks, and then look at your friends and make faces, lol fastest way to make a point is being obvious, cause he obviously wouldn't go outta his way to compliment a girl thats just a friend, although its a nice thing to do for your friends, lol
