I think there's a middle ground somewhere in there ... however, I do believe that Jesus made sheep ... the people who follow him, believing he's the son of God ... we are all children of God ... he's nothing special in my eyes.

That is a very, very strange question. To fundamentalists, obviously what is written in the Bible overshadows all known scientific impirical data.

I've noticed that any fundamentalist asking why people who embrace evolution believe we evolved from a chimp... don't really understand evolution to be making such a false enquiry.

Evolution does not state we evolved "from" a chimp. It also does not state a bear falls into the ocean and becomes a whale... which are all statements that are obviously coming from the uninformed.

Fundamentalists and their web sites constantly and dogmatically ignore the process of Taxa and Phyla and most merely admit the fact that they do not know what Taxa and Phyla means.

The same people who put evolution down are the very people who have not done any homework outside of their fundamentalist propaganda web sites and propaganda litterature.

Once you understand evolution, you know it's fact. It does not mean that one should give up religious doctrine to embrace a change in understanding.

It's like saying that if you believe the Earth is round, then your not accepting Jesus. The Earth is flat! Sounds rediculous when you understand the teachings of the known universe, doesn't it? Well, it sounds just as rediculous to people who have a grasp of evolution when someone says it's not so.

I think people are doing themselves a tremendous disservice for accepting mythology over facts. It takes away the sense of awe that occurs when you realize we are all connected to everything.

Do not take life for granted. We do have a responsibility to make the world a better place while we are alive.

It's just plain limitted and outragious to not be accountable for our time now.

It took an unfathamable amount of time for life to evolve and it's still evolving. The mind cannot comprehend that amount of time it took in order to create life. Yet, it takes a rather short time for humans to kill it.

Evolution is real and it makes one more appreciative and careful of life on Earth.

If we evolved from monkeys, why are they still here? Suppose that we did come from monkeys(eventhough I know that we didn't because God created us). Why are they the only ones here? Shouldnt the other half monkey half human like creatures still be here, too?
Besides, before Darwin died, he admitted that he had no idea what he was talking about when he made the theory.

If a person believes they evolved from monkeys and say it believing it in their heart, they will start to appear like a monkey. Power of what we say.

evolution does not state we evolved from monkeys. it says that we have a common ancestor with monkeys. meaning that a species now extinct started to go on divergent evolution some 100,000 years ago. some of that species turned into humans and some turned into monkeys.

We didn't evolve from monkeys God created us.
But if you believe and say we evolved from monkeys, then you might turn into a mokey. With our words we prophecy our future.

The physical form of man could have evolved from lower animal forms, but God was required to create the soul that makes us human.
