Is illegal immigration a victimless crime?

This is a link that talks of the problem on the east coast but the west is even worse.
In Kern County Ca. an illegal convicted of molesting a 13 year old was given 3 years because in the view of a liberal judge the tax payers should not have to pay for his upkeep in prison. The illegal was convicted previously on similar charges to a 15 year old but cut a deal and was released.
I personally would be willing to pay for his exacution.

I see that some people say well citizens commit the same type of crime and while that is true we have the means and desire to address those people. The guy in question here got the min. 3 year sentence due to his legal status. He was convicted of 3 counts of molestation on the 13 year old and has a previous on the 13 yo. He got the min due to a judge who felt tax dollars should not be used to punish him. I don't feel that illegals should be afforded the rights of a citizen. This is not to stir racism as I am not at all racist furthermore I am married to a legal immigrant Latino so why would I encourage racism..

Such crimes are hardly limited to illegal immigrants. Finding one case only proves such crimes happen, not that they are more prevalent in a specific community.

If you really want to prevent illegal immigration, you have to stop the reason they come here. Pass laws and enforce the existing laws that make it illegal for companies to hire illegals. If there are no jobs for them, then they will stop coming.

No, it is not a victimless crime...but people don't seem to get who the real criminals are! The real criminals are the corporations that invite the illegals here, and in some cases smuggle them here just so they can exploit the cheap labor! The real criminals are also the government officials who allow this to continue, and even reward the corporations for exploiting this source of cheap labor, when the government should instead be penalizing them for it, and rewarding them for doing what is right. The real criminals are also the government of Mexico, for allowing conditions to be so poor, that the people feel that they need to take such drastic measures for the promise (often false) of a decent way of life! The whole system is corrupt, but the illegals themselves are just as much victims as the working class people here are! Let us focus the blame where it really belongs, and work from that direction to solve this problem. *sm*

That is some crazy stuff. I would probably want to see this guy pay worst to, but would you say the same about a us citizen who committed the same crime. I think any one illegal or legal who commits a crime like that is a piece of trash that should be put away for ever.

illegal immigrant's get the help the poor in our country need desperately.they come here and have babies and they are automatically citizens,and that should not be legal.The illegal molester should be shipped back to where he came from.A elderly friend was in line at the store and an alien was in front o f her buying food with food stamps that she could not qualify for even tho she could not afford the things she needed.

I came here legally, but I think a lot of people who use garbage like this is really promoting racism against Mexicans. Not all illegals are child molesters and that's what you want people to believe. Why? Are you that uneducated? But seeing as how your English is worse than mine, I believe that. It's spelled "execution".

Think about it, you have more child molesters in this country that are from here than ones who immigrate either legally or illegally.

I would be willing to pay for anyones execution if they are a child molester. I don't care if they are illegal, legal, Mexican , White, Chinese. Child Molesters need to go!!!
