You can find charts listing the calories in food very easily on the 'Net, but watch out for the serving sizes. They are almost always much smaller than we'd like them to be, which means that we almost always eat more than we think we do.

As every person consumes some amount of calories daily, these calories are stored in body from the diet we take. there is a diet chart for each food item.
These calories are continously consumed called CC.
