you know, the kind with chex cereal, chocolate and powdered sugar? or will it be yucky when you thaw it.

it has melted chocolate in it - is that considered something that would make it 'yucky' when thawed?

If it's all dry mix, it should freeze and defrost just fine...I wouldn't freeze any 'wet' food though.

I haven't made it in a long time, but I don't recall that it has any liquid ingredients. Since it doesn't you will probably be ok freezing it. If in doubt, freeze a small amount first, and then thaw it and see what happens. Be sure to thaw it in an open container, and stir it now and then as it thaws, so you don't get condensation that would make it mushy; better yet, consider thawing it in a microwave oven so it thaws very quickly.

I love that stuff!

I know exactly what you are talking about except in my family they would also add nuts. Oh I miss that treat so much, but as far as freezing it I probably wouldn't, but I would refrigerate it though.

Yes, why not. But don't leave it in there for 2 weeks or something like that. But to keep it from expiring faster then yeah, it will work.

I think that it would be yucky due to the condensation making it mushy as it thaws.
