i have all the microsoft office programs to create one i just dont know how to begin and can you tell me some steps thank

The website building tool that is built into Microsoft office are microsoft frontpage or microsoft webpublisher. It depends which version of office you have. Frontpage is better of the two.
But the best webdesign software is dreamweaver from adobe. It is expensive but professional quality.
Each of the softwares has tutorials to help you. Also, there are online sources which guide to make good website. But you first need either of the two softwares.
