well, i am not sure of your gender so... this is coming from a woman. i think rough is ok, but you really have to have the participation of both involved and she has to like it that way. so make sure that this is something that she wants to do and just be a little less rough the first time you do it, so that she has some time to get into it and make sure that you stop if she tell you to. don't do anything that she doesn't want to do. but maybe this is something you should talk to her about first, get her point of view on it and then try a little with her. hope it helps

Maybe you need a womans perspective on this one. I love it rough, but yes, damage could be done. It depends if it's just you inside or something larger and harder (not trying to be offensive).
