hey ya'll... I started my workout plan last week and have been very good about doing it. my question is how long will it take to see some results? I am trying to tone up my booty.... so i have been doing a lot of squats, lunges, dead lifts, walking & running. I have not added much weight for the squats/lunges cuz I don't have any, but am planning on getting some. How much weight should I lift? I've been doing this every other day, should I do it more often? Any advice would be great thanks. This is my first time doing a workout plan like this. Have a great day.

It's hard to say when you will start seeing results. There are a lot of factors involved. Your diet is a very important part of it. So is how much rest you get, your water intake, and how intense your workout is. Genetics also plays a big role in it too.

How much weight should you lift? You should lift enough for positive failure each set. How much time between workouts? You need to listen to your body. It should be at least 48 hours, but could be longer. If you are still sore, take more time off. If your progress starts to decline, you may need to take more time off.

U should see results shortly. The best exercise to tone the butt is to stand against a chair or counter and raise leg (one at a time) up high as u can toward the air behind u and then bring leg down and raise leg toward chest.
Or do this on the floor in a doggie position. It will make butt tight and firm.
Skip the squats, runnin stuff and just get some weights and lift them every other day.

Probably 3-6 weeks. I did a toning workout called the Firm (vidoe series... amazing!) and they guaranteed visible results in 10 workouts, but I saw them in 5 or 6.
