M To M in music terms, means a male-male lead, (like the plug you put into a Discman, the socket being female, [work out where the concept came on).

M2M is also the name of a female duet of Marion Ravn and Marit Larson, though their record label was dropped after their 2nd album, and they went their seperate ways.
They also done the main theme for the double platinum selling album: Pokemon: The First Movie.

If it is written out: as "M to M" , it means Male to Male, but if it is spoken it can be M2M, the name of a musical group, or "mouth to mouth" as in first aid mouth to mouth resuscitation. Or even mother to mother. But the most popular one is Male to Male talk.
