The best media player is vlc player which can play any format.(just see detail comparison in wikipedia:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_media_players#Video_format_support).

So get vlc player from :www.videolan.org

Now, best free cd burner is cdburnerxp pro (http://www.cdburnerxp.se/download.php).

Not sure if the free version of Winamp burns disks however it is an excellent application.

I'm not an Apple or Mac user by nature. Trust me, I'm "PC" all the way... but I have to admit, I use iTunes and it is working okay for me. I used to use RealPlayer but, I have switched teams, for the sake of the iPod Nano that I own.

Winamp is awesome !!!

Try it, you can even get free plugins (user created) which you can use to enhance winamp.

If you have a huge mp3 library and you enjoy collecting albums and their covers... then iTunes is the best
get it for free from here:

But if you want a fast mp3 player i suggest you go with winamp

wmp11 is nice though... good luck
